Tamar the sales manager at the Arden location was really amazing to work with. My husband broke his glasses and she replaced them with a warranty and also got him a new pair of frames and lenses at an amazing price. I am glad she was the person to approach us when we walked in for our appointment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

12/15/23 I've walked in the door, the place looks abandoned, and no one there to great me. I've been here at the counter now over 3 1/2 mins' still no one. Finally, someone came out, said be with you in a minute. It's now been another 4 minutes, still waiting. They need to work on their customer service. I do not recommend this store. I'd leave, except I need my lenses replaced that I got here. I paid for the eyeglass protection plan and was told they'll replace the lenses for free. When I finally did get waited on, I was told I'd have to pay $70+ to get replacement lenses. I left the store mad. 12/16/23. Received a call from Stanton this morning. They knew I was upset with my visit yesterday. I was told they are now going to replace my lenses for free because of my negative experience. I am grateful for their immediate response. When I do get the lenses, the stars will increase.

I don’t like to write reviews, but the experience is So So Bad. I came here the last few years to do my eye exams. I like this place So I decide to take my parent here to have their eye exam after such a long time. The female doctor is rude and have attitude all over her face. The doctor wasn’t physically present in person, it’s sort like a video visit kinda thing. I acknowledge the doctor a few times and she completely ignore me. She is so rude and unprofessional. So many technical errors happen during the exams, keep ask the receptionist lady coming to the exam room to fix the computer issue. The assistant manager and manager is very intimidating when it comes to purchase the glasses. Over price eyeglass frame ($200) and lenses ($500+). (These frame and lenses only cost $30-$40 online, no reason for me to spend that much money. I only do my eye exam here but don’t purchase glass because the glass quality is suck). Anyway, When I say I only want to paid for the eye exam because the glass and lenses are over my budget, they seem very annoyed. The manager even said “how much you can afford and you not going out this shop without a pair of glass.” Excus me 🙄…Lastly, avoid this location if you or your parent or friends or cousin can’t read alphabetical letters. The doctor here unable to exam patient if they can’t read alphabetical letters. The only positive things today, the two reception ladies work at the eye exam area is very nice. I heard the manager ask the assistant manager about reschedule my moms’ appointment with another doctor that speaks our language. No, I would take my mom somewhere else where doctor and staff would treat patient politely.

I visited this office on Sunday 8/6. I came in hoping I would be able to order some new glasses, same frame & prescription from the ones that I am wearing now. Unfortunately, my prescription had expired in 2021 & I wouldn’t be able to order anything new unless I got an eye exam. At this time, I was not able to schedule an appointment & my glasses were messed up too. One of the supports that stand on your nose was gone & my glasses no longer fit well when I wore them, so it constantly would fall off when I look down. Ximena Lopez was a GREAT HELP. I would give her customer service and customer satisfaction a 10. She listened to my concerns and although, I was not able to order the same glasses & prescription. She was able to get my glasses fixed, cleaned & tighten. So the stands on the nose area are complete fixed and new, glasses are tighten and do not fall off my face anymore. I left extremely grateful and happy. Thank you Ximena Lopez for all of your help!

Very great customer service! My glass broke the same day and if you like me, you need to see! Tamar was absolutely amazing! She was able to get me in a pair of frames and use my old lenses in them until my second pair of new glasses come. She was wonderful with the pair she chose to fit my old lenses. Also, I love they have the option for CareCredit! This really saved me! Thank you again, Tamar!

WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. First they quoted a price of $59 for a eye exam which I booked and scheduled a week in advance. When I arrived they told me there was also a $29 doctor's exam fee that they do not tell people about when booking the appointment. I then waited an hour and a half past my appointment time before seeing their doctor. I then had no time to pick out glasses for the buy one get one deal and ask to come back the next day. They then told me that the buy one get one deal is only if I bought glasses the same day as the exam. I pointed out to them that there is nothing in writing in there website regarding this. They then told me I could have 30 days. I then ordered glasses and they told me that they would be ready in 2 weeks. They ended up breaking one of the pairs and it took an additional two more weeks for the second pair to be completed. It took over a month to receive both pairs of glasses. There were nothing special at all about the prescription or the lenses that were ordered. In the future I will look somewhere else for my optical needs. I hope that Stanton Optical is able to resolve their issues regarding staff knowledge as well as appropriate staffing in the store.
